WE PROVIDE OUR OWN SERVICE WARRANTY TO ENSURE COMPLETE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. OUR WARRANTY WORKS FOR ALL REPAIRS WE DO.
Our Warranty
Out of warranty customers (COD service calls) will enjoy a 1-year labor warranty and a lifetime warranty on parts.
Appliances 20 years or older and reconditioned units will have a 60 day labor warranty and 1-year warranty on parts.
Cleanings/maintenance include a 30 day labor warranty.
This warranty applies for all parts except for cosmetic damage, electronics, and glass cook tops.
High-End Service will honor the same part failure if the customer had the original factory part replaced by another company. Additional fees may apply for labor and original receipt is required.
Our warranty is applicable for products under normal use. If the product issue revolves around install, electrical or user abuse the part will not have the listed warranty period.
We reserve the right to require a signed agreement prior to service for products over the 20 year lifetime expectancy of Sub-Zero Group Inc.
Non-Residential Appliances, such as Outdoor, Marine and Mobile Home/RV installed appliances, do not qualify for this warranty.
All service calls are subject to a diagnostic or trip charge. This warranty does not apply to Broan Best appliances.
